DevSecure Intelligence vs Feedly Threat Intelligence

Well informed about what is trending, but still need a defensible order for the CVEs in your own estate?

Free plan: 500 CVEs a month, no sales call.

At a glance

Feedly Threat Intelligence keeps analyst teams informed: AI models extract CVEs, actors and malware from a large body of sources into feeds, cards and reports. DevSecure Intelligence starts from your list of CVEs and returns a ranked, explained order through an API.

DevSecure Intelligence and Feedly compared

Feedly details from Feedly's public material, last reviewed 21/10/2026 (sources below).

DevSecure capabilities shown in this comparison reflect the DevSecure Intelligence launch specification. Commercial availability may vary by plan and rollout status.

Core purpose

DevSecure Intelligence
CVE prioritisation for pipelines and teams
Feedly Threat Intelligence
Threat-intelligence monitoring: AI-curated feeds, insight cards and reports
Why it matters
Monitoring tells you what is happening; prioritisation orders your own CVEs.

Scoring

DevSecure Intelligence
One published per-CVE score (RPS) with documented band rules
Feedly Threat Intelligence
Prioritisation signals on CVE cards (CVSS, EPSS, exploit and patch status, an AI 'trending' flag); no single published composite score
Why it matters
One reproducible score is easier to automate and defend than several signals.

Input and output

DevSecure Intelligence
Input: CVE IDs. Output: a ranked list with evidence
Feedly Threat Intelligence
Input: topics and feeds. Output: articles, summaries, insight cards, IoCs
Why it matters
Different starting points: your inventory vs the world's news.

AI

DevSecure Intelligence
No AI in the score: the formula is published so results are reproducible
Feedly Threat Intelligence
1,000+ AI models for extraction and tagging, Ask AI and AI-built reports
Why it matters
AI helps summarise content; a published formula helps audit a decision.

Pricing

DevSecure Intelligence
Published plans, including a free tier
Feedly Threat Intelligence
Quote on request; a guided trial that starts with a kickoff call; no permanent free tier
Why it matters
Predictable costs and no procurement cycle for a first evaluation.

Team workflow

DevSecure Intelligence
API-first: results flow into scripts, dashboards and CI
Feedly Threat Intelligence
Team-wide feeds, newsletters, Slack and Teams; OpenCTI, XSOAR and MISP integrations (Advanced)
Why it matters
Feedly is built for analyst collaboration; DevSecure for engineering pipelines.

Machine interfaces

DevSecure Intelligence
REST API, OpenAPI, Postman and an MCP server
Feedly Threat Intelligence
Threat Graph STIX API and MCP server (Advanced)
Why it matters
If your SOAR or TIP consumes STIX, Feedly fits natively.

Feedly tells you what is trending. DevSecure tells you what to review first, and why.

Upstream, Feedly surfaces the vulnerabilities in the news. Downstream, send the CVEs from your scanners to DevSecure: each one gets a published score, a band and the rule behind it, and the Movers feed shows which of your CVEs changed priority today.

RPS = [(0.4 × CVSS/10) + (0.3 × EPSS percentile)] × KEV amplifier × 100

The KEV amplifier is 1.5 for CVEs in CISA KEV, otherwise 1.0. A KEV-listed CVE is never below High, and neither is one with an EPSS percentile of 0.99 or more and CVSS 9 or more. Full detail: methodology. API: prioritise scanner output.

Which fits your team?

DevSecure Intelligence is best for

  • Engineering teams ordering CVEs from their own scans
  • Automation that needs a band and a reason
  • Teams that must reproduce how a priority was set

Feedly Threat Intelligence is best for

  • CTI teams tracking actors, malware and campaigns
  • Analysts producing reports and newsletters
  • SOCs feeding STIX into a TIP or SOAR

Where Feedly is stronger

Feedly is strong at threat awareness: keeping a CTI team current on actors, campaigns and emerging vulnerabilities, with AI summaries and sharing built in. DevSecure Intelligence answers a narrower question, the order in which to review the CVEs you actually have, and the two work well together.

Questions

Is DevSecure Intelligence an alternative to Feedly Threat Intelligence?

Only for one job: ordering your CVEs. For threat monitoring, reporting and team intelligence sharing, Feedly does far more. Many teams would use both.

Does DevSecure Intelligence use AI to score CVEs?

No. RPS is a published formula, so the same inputs always give the same score and anyone can check it.

How does RPS scoring work?

RPS weights CVSS, the EPSS percentile and CISA KEV; KEV-listed CVEs and those with very high EPSS and CVSS are never below High. Details are on the methodology page.

Is there a free tier?

Yes. The Free plan includes 500 CVEs a month with one API key.
